Global Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to NexusWild ("NexusWild", "we", "us", or "our"). These Global Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NexusWild website located at www.nexuswild.com, our mobile applications, newsletters, APIs, RSS feeds, and all related digital services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, browsing, subscribing to, or otherwise utilizing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our globally applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual or a corporate entity) and NexusWild, founded by Ankit Pal in 2026.

2. Eligibility & Global Access

2.1 Minimum Age Requirements

The Services are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2.2 International Sanctions and Compliance

NexusWild operates on a global scale. However, your use of the Services must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to comprehensive embargoes or sanctions by the United Nations, the United States Government, the European Union, or the Government of India, nor are you listed on any restricted party list.

3. Modification of Terms

NexusWild reserves the unequivocal right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior individualized notice. We will post the most current version of these Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date.

For material changes that significantly alter your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email (if you are a registered subscriber) or through a prominent notice on our homepage. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those modifications.

4. User Accounts & Security

While many aspects of NexusWild are accessible without registration, certain premium features, commenting abilities, or personalized newsletters may require you to create an account.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
• Account Security: You are entirely responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials you use to access the Services. NexusWild cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• Unauthorized Access: You must immediately notify us at contact@nexuswild.com upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 NexusWild Ownership

All content, features, and functionality available through the Services—including but not limited to articles, text, investigative reports, photographs, video, audio, graphics, UI/UX design, databases, software code, and the NexusWild name and logo—are the exclusive property of NexusWild, its licensors, or other content providers. This property is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2 Limited License to Users

Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, NexusWild grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of the content without our prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.

6. Strict Prohibition on AI Training & Web Scraping

In an era of generative artificial intelligence, we must forcefully protect the labor of our global journalists and researchers. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated scripts, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, or other programmatic methods to access, extract, index, or copy the Services or any content therein.
• Utilizing any NexusWild content (text, image, data, or multimedia) to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), or artificial intelligence systems without an explicit, mutually executed commercial licensing agreement with NexusWild.
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass any paywalls, security measures, CAPTCHAs, or robots.txt protocols intended to restrict automated access.

Violation of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to claims for copyright infringement and computer fraud under applicable international laws.

7. User-Generated Content & Submissions

7.1 Definition

NexusWild may permit users to submit comments, forum posts, letters to the editor, or journalistic pitches (collectively, "User Content").

7.2 License Grant to NexusWild

Unless governed by a separate, executed freelance contributor agreement, by submitting User Content to the Services, you grant NexusWild a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that User Content in connection with the Services and NexusWild's business, across any media formats and through any media channels.

7.3 User Warranties

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the User Content or possess all necessary rights and permissions to grant the licenses described above; (ii) the User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or defamation laws of any third party; and (iii) the User Content is not malicious, libelous, or illegal.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair NexusWild's servers or networks. You explicitly agree NOT to:

1. Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially/ethnically objectionable.
2. Impersonate any person or entity, including a NexusWild journalist or executive, or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
3. Upload or transmit any material that contains software viruses, malware, trojan horses, or any other computer code designed to interrupt or destroy digital infrastructure.
4. Engage in coordinated harassment, "doxxing," or the malicious dissemination of private information of our journalists, staff, or other users.
5. Interfere with the proper working of the Services or attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising the Services.

9. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features, reports, or newsletters offered by NexusWild may be subject to a subscription fee or one-time payment ("Premium Services").

• Billing: If you purchase a Premium Service, you authorize NexusWild (or our third-party payment processors, such as Stripe or PayPal) to charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon amount.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription services automatically renew at the end of their applicable billing cycle. You may cancel your auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.
• Refund Policy: All sales are final. NexusWild does not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, except where mandated by local consumer protection laws (e.g., the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period, provided the digital content has not yet been accessed).
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for Premium Services. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by NexusWild. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services.

If you access a third-party website from the Services, you do so entirely at your own risk. You expressly relieve NexusWild from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website, service, or content.

11. Advertising, Sponsored Content & Endorsements

NexusWild is sustained through a combination of subscriptions and advertising. You will encounter advertisements, sponsored editorials, and affiliate links on our platform.

We maintain strict editorial independence. Sponsored content will always be clearly labeled as "Sponsored," "Partner Content," or "Advertisement." NexusWild does not endorse the products or services advertised by third parties unless explicitly stated. Any interactions, purchases, or disputes you have with advertisers found on our platform are solely between you and the advertiser.

12. Copyright Infringement & Global Takedown Policy (DMCA)

NexusWild respects the intellectual property of others. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent global intellectual property laws (e.g., the EU Copyright Directive).

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and a specific URL indicating where it is located on NexusWild.
4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
5. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

NEXUSWILD PROVIDES THE SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

While our journalists and editorial staff strive for the highest standards of accuracy, fact-checking, and objective reporting, news and scientific data evolve rapidly. NexusWild makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information contained on the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexusWild expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any reliance you place on the information provided on our platform is strictly at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE GLOBAL LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXUSWILD, ITS FOUNDER, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, JOURNALISTS, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services, including defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct.
• Any content obtained from the Services, including financial, geopolitical, or ecological reporting.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXUSWILD'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00 USD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID NEXUSWILD, IF ANY, IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU ENTIRELY.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NexusWild, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and journalists from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

16. Global Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY—IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY HEAR YOUR CLAIMS.

16.1 Initial Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting legal@nexuswild.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute internally within sixty (60) days.

16.2 Binding Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and NexusWild agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by binding, confidential arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in accordance with its Rules of Arbitration.

16.3 Seat of Arbitration and Governing Law

Because NexusWild operates globally but requires a standardized legal framework, these Terms and any dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The seat of the arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

16.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND NEXUSWILD AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

16.5 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. Furthermore, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to stop unauthorized use or abuse of the Services or intellectual property infringement (e.g., unauthorized AI scraping) without first engaging in arbitration.

17. Force Majeure

NexusWild shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, global pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or digital infrastructure outages (such as widespread internet failures or cloud hosting collapses).

18. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

No waiver of by NexusWild of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of NexusWild to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

19. Termination of Access

NexusWild reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the Services, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to, the breach of any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

20. Entire Agreement & Contact Information

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific subscription agreements you may enter into, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and NexusWild with respect to the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
