How We Hire
When roles do open up, we pride ourselves on a transparent, respectful, and efficient hiring process designed to evaluate your skills without wasting your time.
1. Application Review
We review CVs, portfolios, and past publications. We care deeply about what you've built, written, or designed, rather than solely focusing on academic pedigrees.
2. Initial Cultural Chat
A brief 30-minute video call with a team lead to discuss your background, remote work experience, and alignment with the NexusWild editorial mission.
3. Skills Assessment / Pitch
Depending on the role, we will ask for a short, paid assessment or a mock pitch. We believe in compensating candidates for specific test work that requires significant time.
4. Final Team Interview
A final conversation with our Founder and key editorial members to ensure mutual fit, discuss career trajectory, and answer any final questions you might have.
